We usually spend one to two hours with a client at this initial consultation, the fees for this vary depending on the location of the home, whether in town or out of the city limits of Stratford. After the initial meeting, if you wish to continue using our services, we work on an hourly rate. However, we do offer packages or project management fees on larger projects.
